Edwin’s Fall/Winter 2015 collection was designed to pay tribute to the iconic street and sportswear designs from the 1980s, and it blends classic preppy street and American collegiate styles into wearable and practical apparel. The pieces were created using high quality materials and come in muted hues of grey, olive, navy, white, black and wine. As far as materials are concerned, wool and twill cotton were used for the chino and jogger pant styles, while light, padded, quilted and bonded performance fabrics were used to create the outerwear pieces. The cardigans flaunt wool and lambswool fabrics that ensure a cozy and comfortable fit.
Edwin maintained its collaboration with the Martelli laundry in Italy in order to incorporate exceptional European and Japanese denim pieces into its HR line. Apart from the main collection, the brand has also released a small capsule collection named Indigo Line, which comprises indigo-based offerings such as a “55 Chino”, a “Work Jacket”, cotton rib jersey sweats and herringbone shirts.
